NEW LEISURE FACILITIES TO BE BUILT IN TURKEY

A major new recreational facility is to be built in the Turkish holiday resort Bodrum, it has been confirmed.
NuBricks.com reports that authorities in the region have approved the creation of an 18-hole golf course which will overlook some of its most notable beauty spots.
This could potentially attract a large number of foreign visitors who enjoy playing golf, as well as property investors and holiday home buyers.
The online portal believes that the interest this new facility is set to generate will significantly boost interest in the region.
As a result, house prices in Bodrum could go up at a significant rate during the next few years, potentially benefiting investors who enter the market early.
NuBricks.com remarked: "It will be interesting to monitor the demand for golf property around Bodrum - the profile of the region will receive a major boost."
According to Today's Zaman, people from Europe have spent more than £5 billion on Turkish property since 2002.
