The two bedroom apartments consist of a living room with dining area, fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony, covering an approximate total area of 77 square meters.  Three Bedroom Duplexes consist of living room; separate dining area and kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies and/or terraces. The approximate total covered area is 138 square meters. All apartments have air conditioning, and fitted kitchen.

Gulluk is a quaint fishing town that has markets, bistros and authentic restaurants serving the finest Turkish cuisine and of course, the catch of the day. The busy resort town of Bodrum is just 30 minutes away and Bodrum International Airport is only 15 minutes away. Also in the area are renowned tourist attractions like the temple of Apollo and the ruins of the Mausoleum of Mausolus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
