Jardines del Mar is located in Vera Playa, one of the up-and-coming areas of Almería. The development is in an excellent location, being just 500 metres from the Blue Flag beaches of Vera and just a five-minute walk from amenities.

There are a total of 105 units. As the whole development never rises above two storeys, it will have the relaxed and uncluttered feel which only a low density project can offer.
