This is a very well constructed, private and tranquil, country house, built to highest British specifications, damp course, insulated walls and double glazing throughout. In the middle of the countryside, but with views to Gibraltar and North Africa, surrounded by 30,000 square metres of land, of which some 3 acres are fenced off. There is an electric entrance gate for security purposes.


A 8 × 5 square metre swimming pool with a good size terrace and BBQ, great for entertaining. The property has an additional guest cottage which is perfect for independent guests or family, or indeed can be used for rental purposes which has a kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom ( presently rented at Euros 470.oo the week). Albeit in the country it is conveniently located only some 12 minutes down to the coast or less up to the town of Casares.


The main house consists four bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, the other a family bathroom upstairs, and there is an additional guest bathroom. The kitchen is very well fitted and the lounge, which has a wood burning fireplace, is very comfortable with doors opening to the terrace and swiimming pool, with views overlooking the wooded countryside.


The master bedroom is off the main floor, with its ensuite bathroom, with three more bedrooms upstairs, with a study area, one of which is presently a work room.There are modern, unobtrusive heating panels throughout the house. There is a 20,000 litre water tank supplied by mains water. The kitchen is equipped with gas tanks for cooking.
