The beach sector has apartments at ground level, the first floor and the second floor, while the penthouses are situated on the third floor. There are different types and varying sizes.
The fully-furnished 127m² - 147 m² apartments are all tastefully designed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air-conditioning and a spacious, modern kitchen.

The ground floor apartments are raised 1.5 meters above the ground, thus contributing to more privacy. The apartments on the first and second floor each have their own balcony.

The penthouses at the third floor have an area of more than 230m², which includes a 100m² roof terraces. This unique roof terrace with amazing sea view can be accessed via a staircase.

The garden sector has apartments at ground level and penthouses at the first floor.

The fully-furnished 90m²-97 m² are all tastefully designed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air-conditioning and a spacious, modern kitchen.

Each apartment has their own four meter deep garden, which is excluding the terrace.

The penthouses have an area of 160 m²- 167 m², which includes a 70 m² roof terrace. This unique roof terrace can be accessed via a staircase from the balcony. The interior design of the penthouses is identical to the apartments.

The common areas for both the beach and garden sectors, such as the entrance corridor and the staircase are maintained on a daily basis. For the owners of the ground floor apartments it is optional to have their gardens maintained by the resort gardeners.
