This resort was one of the first to bring property investment in Morocco to the attention of overseas property investors. It is located on a beautiful stretch of coastline about 15 minutes drive from Tangier International Airport. The gently sloping hillside on which the properties stand looks down over the golf course and coastal lagoons.

This stretch of coastline, from Tangier to Asilah, is the focus of much of the touristic development in Northern Morocco. Large Middle Eastern companies such as Emaar and Qatari Diar have recognised the potential of the area and are investing billions of dollars in new high end luxury projects - an investment which looks set to make Paradise look like an even better investment.

The Golf Course

Steve Ritson Golf Design has been chosen to design and landscape the Golf Course at the Paradise Golf & Beach Resort. Steve Ritson is a member of the Institute of Golf Course Architects and a BSC (Hons) in environmental science.

The company’s brief is to design a quality course suitable for players of all abilities. Current projects include: The Brookfield Golf Club, Kettering Golf Course and Le Meridien IBOM Hotel and Golf Resort in Nigeria. In the pipeline are new courses in the South of France and Mauritius.
