Development Description

Get enthralled by the quaint quality of Cabo Dreams
Let images of exotic Moroccan magic whisk you to fields where dreams do come true.

More on Cabo Dreams
Cabo Dream ‘Aparthotel’ is an intimate development that boasts huge growth potentials with plentiful rental returns being predicted as well.

The attraction to this development includes convenience of location as the immaculate views of the Mediterranean and the nearby Royal Golf course are proof of sheer luxury incorporated.

The development occupies a strategic location in an elevated position, offering incredible and truly panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Cabo Negro Golf Course, the Rif Mountains (snow-capped in the winter) and the magnificent Tetouan river valley. Above and behind the development is a large area of national parkland, on which further building is not permitted.

More on Cabo Negro
With a climate that is typically Mediterranean, and becomes more extreme towards the interior regions where it is mountainous, the Moroccan terrain is such that the coastal plains are rich and accordingly, they comprise the fortitude for agriculture.

Morocco is well known for its wildlife biodiversity. It is hardly surprising that with a total of 454 species, (of which five have been introduced by humans and 156 are rare or accidental) of bird’s resident to Morocco, Birds therefore represent the most important fauna in the country.

As the current Moroccan government is continuing a series of structural reforms that had begun in recent years, the most promising reforms have been in the labour market and financial sectors, and privatization has accelerated the sale of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) licenses in recent years.

According to www.wikipedia.com:”Morocco's official language is classical Arabic. The country's distinctive Arabic dialect is called Moroccan Arabic. Approximately 12 million (40% of the population), mostly in rural areas, speak Berber – which exists in Morocco in three different dialects (Tarifit, Tashelhiyt, and Tamazight) – either as a first language or bilingually with the spoken Arabic dialect.”

Another interesting factor to consider (Especially if affluent in French or Spanish) is the fact that “French, which remains Morocco's unofficial second language, is taught universally and still serves as Morocco's primary language of commerce and economics. It also is widely used in education and government. About 20,000 Moroccans in the northern part of the country speak Spanish as a second language in parallel with Tarifit.”

English, is however rapidly becoming the third foreign language of choice among educated youth (after Arabic and French). As a result of national education reforms entering into force in late 2002, English will be taught in all public schools from the fourth year on. French however, will remain the second foreign language because of Morocco's close economic and social links with other French-speaking countries and especially France.

Morocco is an ethnically diverse country with a rich culture and civilization. A reflection of this unique diversity is Moroccan cuisine, which has long been considered as one of the most “diversified cuisines in the world.” (www.wikipedia.com)

This is a result of the centuries-long interaction of Morocco with the outside world. The cuisine of Morocco is a mix of Berber, Spanish, Corsican, Portuguese, Moorish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and African cuisines.

This is just another reason to add to the checklist of reasons why property in Morocco is a sure way to go to ensure a guarantee of profit, while watching chances and choices come to fruition.

Cabo Dream is accessible via the sleepy Cabo Negro boulevard, running past the lower part of the project.

Immediately in front of the development, La Ferma Equestrian centre offers a bar (open all year round), restaurant, hotel and superb horse riding facilities, including beach treks and even midnight treks!

The Meridiana Restaurant is a short stroll away, arguably serving the best food for miles around. The adjoining pub is also popular. A Pizzeria and French Restaurant are within walking distance, whilst the nearby Mirador Golf development offers 2 bars, restaurant and a supermarket.

Shops, banks, medical facilities, newsagents and all amenities are available in the town of M’Diq – 5 minutes drive from the development.
