Introduction to Mediterrania Saidia


Mediterrania Saidia is a large-scale tourist complex on the Mediterranean Coast in the north of Morocco that offers visitors the very best sightseeing, natural beauty shopping and on-site facilities.

Part of the Azur Plan, the resort will contain six luxury hotels, three golf courses and a large commercial centre. The development is also a benchmark residential project, with more than 3 000 homes to be set in green, eco-friendly surroundings. The new marina is an invaluable addition. At completion, scheduled for 2009, Mediterrania Saidia will cover 7 000 000 sq metres of land and 6 km of seafront, and will have 11 000 hotel rooms and 3 000 holiday homes.

The resort will boast magnificent panoramic views of the coast, mountains, deserts and orchards.
