Roquemer is a seaside village located between the Mediterranean and pretty hillsides, surrounded by the natural park, and set against the protected La Clape massif. It consists of two to four-bedroom villas and apartments, some with private gardens or terraces and either sea or hillside views.

These apartments all boast either private gardens or terraces and sea or hillside views. Most of the units come with a garage and some with a cellar. Each unit is equipped with white PVC windows and French windows, wooden Provençal-style shutters or roller shutters and electric convector heaters with a programming facility. Enclosed refuse areas are provided in designated areas throughout the development.

Roquemer Village is a tasteful blend of villas and apartment blocks built in units of a maximum of four storeys. Phase II includes six sites made up of 111 units divided between 45 villas and 66 apartments ranging in composition from two to four bedrooms. Most of the sites within the development are equipped with an entry gate with digicode access or an automatic remote-controlled entry gate for security.

Roquemer is only a stone's throw from the sea and a 15-minute drive from Narbonne. Narbonne is a key town in Languedoc-Roussillon as it is on the doorstep of major road links to southern Europe.
