Residence des Ramparts is a three-star leaseback development within a secure complex comprising 82 apartments spread over three two-storey buildings. Entrance to the residences is secured by a remote-controlled barrier and the development features outdoor parking, an indoor pool, a hammam and a gym. There are lifts in each building, and hotel services such as an office area, a breakfast service, a bar, a cleaning and laundry facility and a linen rental service.

The properties are studio to two-bedroom units ranging in size from 29 sq metres to 62 sq metres and offering hot/cold air conditioning and terraces measuring up to 37 sq metres. The apartments are equipped with French-style wooden shutters, air conditioning, fitted bathrooms and kitchens equipped with sinks, electric hobs, fridges, dishwashers (except studios), microwaves and kitchen units.
