The area of Draguignan is located between St-Tropez and the Verdun canyon. Slightly removed from the Côte d'Azur, this old laid-back Provençal town is in an area with plenty to do including many outdoor activities. There are 20 traditional individual houses on offer.

Conceived as a hamlet along the Montferrat avenue in Draguignan, these houses are in three different Mediterranean styles which lends a lovely individuality to the development as a whole. All of their colours reinforce this identity and help unite the development with the lovely houses of Draguignan itself, which offers a unique yet traditional Provençal style of living. There are 20 individual houses to choose from.

Consisting of 20 individual houses, of three different types, the properties here offer four to five rooms with sizes from 97 sq metres to 116 sq metres, on spacious plots of around 500 sq metres each. Les Demeures Pierre de la Fée offer a pleasing visual simplicity of proportions, its properties being reinforced by the choice of materials and colours for accents such as the window shutters - very much in tune with a Mediterranean mood as well as the style of the city.

The city of Draguignan boasts lovely boulevards featuring many plants, several pedestrian streets with boutiques and traditional shops, as well as a Provençal market in the heart of the old city. While offering all of the amenities of a modern city, the region surrounding Draguignan also has magnificent sites to visit and natural treasures such as rivers, forests and canyons. Close by is the Esterel coast, the Massifs des Maures, and Lac de St Croix or St Cassien - great locations for picnics or outdoors activities.
