The Windsor is to be Dubai's first five-star condo hotel. Located in Dubailand's City of Arabia, the 30-storey tower will contain 200 condo hotel units managed by a major international hotel chain that will ensure maximum occupancy and returns, utilising its worldwide reservation system.

The City of Arabia is to become a 20-million sq. ft. development that will serve as the main residential and retail centre. It will contain luxury apartments, businesses, schools, shops, restaurants and more.
