Originally a Christian catacomb, Ayia Solomoni church presents a fascinating complex of underground chambers. It houses a collection of 12th century frescoes. Outside the building stands a sacred tree that is believed to cure the sick.
Fabrica Hill is a rocky mound of uncertain history. There are chambers cut out of the rock that feature vaulted roofs and painted walls, but whose purpose is unknown.

The second century Odeon is made of limestone, and is now used as a summer venue for musical and theatre performances. Nearby lie the remains of the ancient city walls and the Roman Agora. The latter, once used as a market place, stands in front of the Odeon. Only the foundations and parts of the columns remain.
