Beaches in Paphos
There are a remarkable six Blue Flag beaches in Pahos. These are Pachyammos, Alykes, Municipal Bath, Vrysoudia A and B and Farros. All of them offer a variety of water sports, including fishing, parasailing, jet skiing and snorkelling. There are also several diving schools in the vicinity that offer both excellent instruction and equipment for rent.
The famous Coral Bay lies 5 miles north of Paphos and is easily accessible by car or bus. The area comprises a distinct horseshoe-shaped bay and its gently slopes make it one of the safest swimming locations on the island. There is a beachside café that makes a day visit wholly do-able.
