CAPE VERDE TOURIST TRADE SET TO GROW

Tourist accommodation in Cape Verde is likely to be in additional demand this summer.
According to A Semana, TAP Air Portugal is stepping up the frequency of flights between Lisbon and Praia from four times a week to a daily service.
This suggests that interest in travelling to Santiago Island has been particularly high since the route was first launched last October.
Cape Verde will be likely to enjoy numerous economic benefits as a result of the additional tourism and the interest this will generate.
Furthermore, the development should also make the west African archipelago an even more enticing market for rental investors to consider.
The extra demand for property will undoubtedly trigger further growth in the housing market, while the strong tourist trade means investors can collect healthy rental returns.
