CAPE VERDE OFFERS STRONG RENTAL POTENTIAL

Rental property buyers could find Cape Verde a lucrative market in which to invest, a media outlet has stated.
According to the Irish Independent, the west African country has a daytime average temperature of 29 degrees C.
Since its geographical position ensures that temperatures are consistently high, it has become very popular as a holiday destination all year round.
This means there is constant demand for temporary lodgings among foreign visitors, therefore creating opportunities for buy-to-let investors to cash in.
The Irish Independent commented: "Cape Verde's climate virtually guarantees investors an all-year-round return."
Investors were told that since the holiday industry in other emerging markets can be much shorter, Cape Verde could be a good bet for those who want to maximise their earnings.
This comes after Cape Verde was described as a "magnet" for foreign property buyers by Sarah Brown of NuBricks.com.
