Sunrise Holiday Village is situated in the north-west part of the resort of Sunny Beach, which is the most popular of Bulgaria's resorts for many foreign tourists. The development is close to the seashore and also near to historic Nessebar. As all apartments face south, they are bright and sunny.
Sunrise Holiday Village will provide the utmost in comfort with lawns, swimming pools for adults and children, safe car parking spaces, a cafe, a restaurant and a shop. This development offers a superior package of facilities compared to anywhere else along the coast and will be the benchmark against which future developments will be assessed. A modern complex built on 3,580 sq metres of land, it is due for completion this year.
The dwellings will be within a five-storey building of two sections, offering a number of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as attics and studios. They will boast fully fitted bathrooms and spacious terraces overlooking the stunning surroundings. There is the option of full furnishing with a choice of selected furniture ranges. The accommodation will be constructed in a Mediterranean architectural style, reminiscent of Spain or Cyprus.
Sunny Beach is the biggest Black Sea resort with the longest and widest beach strip, stretching to six miles. There are hotels along the beach and in the dunes. Sunny Beach holds a Blue Flag for the quality of its beaches, and indeed is one of the few places along the Black Sea Coast which still boasts authentic and large-scale sand dunes (the most beautiful of which are situated in the resort's southern part). Many interesting plants, some of which only grow along the coast, can be found among the sands.
