The Lighthouse Vacation Village is located between St Vlas and Sunny Beach, 20 miles from Bourgas and 60 miles from Varna - two major Bulgarian cities. The lighthouse itself, situated in the middle of the complex, offers a spectacular view.

There will be 24-hour security provided for all premises, and only owners and authorised visitors will be allowed inside the complex. The bar and the swimming pool will be open for tenants and authorised guests only.

The apartments are located on 7,000 sq metres of land, 200 metres away from the seashore. There are four buildings, all constructed in a Mediterranean style, matching the sunny climate of the area and ensuring a high standard of work. The apartments are designed to take advantage of the warm climate and beautiful nature of this region of Bulgaria. All design work has been completed and the construction has started with expected completion around July 2007. Maintenance of the properties will also be provided, for which a small fee will be charged.

The resort areas of Sunny Beach and St Vlas are located on the Black Sea Coast where the Balkan mountains meets the sea. St Vlas is just three miles across the delightful bay formed by Nessebar, Sunny Beach and the Elenite resort. It is the only resort in Bulgaria with a completely south-facing sandy beach. The area is well known for its picturesque coastline and the near-warm mineral water springs located just 10 miles away. Bulgaria is in the summer and winter catalogues of all major tour operators, as the Black Sea Coast has a warm and dry summer and a mild winter. The average summer temperature is around 24C (76F).
