Why invest in Bulgarian property?
The Bulgarian property market has been the subject of enormous interest of late - both from British investors and from other western European nationals looking to benefit from the country's fast growing economy and tourist potential.

The country is now very stable politically and its infrastructure is improving at a fast rate. It is being deluged with foreign investment and has a very low cost of living. Additionally, its attractive beach and ski resorts are becoming increasingly popular.
With accession into the EU a fairly recent event in the country's history, investors should rest assured that growth will continue in years to come - as the economic benefits of joining the top table in Brussels continue to be felt. Increased consumer confidence coming from greater economic security and an upwardly mobile workforce should see this Black Sea nation's property market continue its performance for years to come.
