Inspection Visits


In most regions a viewing trip is a 3 night 4 day stay giving you the time to become familiar with the area and see properties that you are interested in purchasing. It may be slightly different for some areas such as Morocco.

Typically you would be met at the airport by a sales consultant and taken back to the hotel to relax and freshen up. You would be met a couple of hours later to go through the portfolio of properties that are of interest to you, and over the next few days, shown the properties of your choice and the area in general. The evenings are generally free for you to explore the local night life.

To book the trip you do not always need to have a property in mind. One of our brokers will discuss your requirements and put together a portfolio that fits your budget and style. However, some people like to reserve a particular property before they travel, with a fully refundable reservation fee.
